Maddy's Miracle Grant - Kansas

This family building grant is open to residents of Kansas who are battling infertility, have financial need, and are actively pursuing IVF treatment with The Center for Reproductive Medicine. The application cycle runs March 1st - March 31st and September 1st - September 30th.

This family support grant is available to residents of Kansas and delivered by KU Wichita Pediatrics Division of Genetics to assist with genetic screening, diagnosis, and treatment.

Grant Overview

 

The Hadwin Family Foundation Male Factor Infertility Fund was developed to directly assist individuals and families with the barriers associated with male factor infertility testing, diagnosis, and treatment. In partnership with The Center for Reproductive Medicine (CFRM) and Dr. James Gilbaugh, we are honored to offer this fund to the Kansas community to help alleviate the social stigma and financial burdens of family building

Grant Details

 

  • Award Amount: Up to $1,500 in financial assistance for associated diagnostic testing.

  • Recipient Count: Two patients are selected and awarded per year.

  • Provider: Volunteer comprehensive exams are provided by Dr. James Gilbaugh, a board-certified urologist at CFRM.

  • Direct Payment: All monetary funds are paid directly to Heartland Pathology for necessary diagnostic testing.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the MFIF, applicants must meet the following criteria:Must be a legal, permanent resident of Kansas.Must be a prospective or current patient at the Center for Reproductive Medicine (CFRM) requiring male factor infertility assessment.Must demonstrate financial need.Must submit a complete application during the open window.
